I recently discovered running. I love it. I run everyday and I try to go at least a couple of miles every time. My other latest big new thing is Netflix instant.

I have no kids of my own, but I really get a kick out of my nieces and nephew. My nephew is grown now and recently married. My older bro's daugter is a senior in high school. My younger bro's daughter just turned two. I adore her. She really puts a smile on face. She loves music. When she comes over she always plays my drums and my electric piano.

I am a self admitted movie and music snob, pretty damn good cook and elite people watcher. I tend to rarely be very serious and make inappropriate jokes at very appropriate times. It doesn't take much to keep me entertained and most people generally annoy me. I know I know, you're amazed I'm single.

Well my name is Melanie & I'm a twin! Calm down boys! We don't like to share! I am twenty-nine years old. I may have not done any of the things I was expected to do by now, but I am on my way to doing them. I quit two of my three jobs and I dropped the loser I called my boyfriend. I completed a CNA/HHA program in Madera and I passed the state board test on Jan 24, 2009. I have to say, it wasn't what I expected! It really opened my eyes to how people are treated and how they actually want/should be treated. I am currently trying to get into a hospital or convalescent home. I sat down with a wonderful counselor, and we mapped out my way to graduation. If all goes well, I can graduate next Dec with an AS in Biological Science and apply for the nursing program. I know the nursing program is very difficult to get into so, if I don't get into the nursing program right after I graduate, I'm going to enroll in an LVN program. Iâ??ve always wanted to be a veterinarian, but realistically, Iâ??m too old to try anymore. So, I can be a nurse. Who wouldnâ??t want a job where you can go to work in your pjs? I will finish college. I will be successful, and I will be happy. On top of going to school, I also work at Starbucks! It may not be the best job, but it pays the bills.

I'd like to meet first and for most, "A MAN OF GOD"! I've realized in all my past bad relationships that they didn't work cause he wasn't a man of God. I want him to be my best friend, my lover, someone who's honest, caring, kind, understanding, patient, loving, encouraging, forgiving, respectful, loyal, sincere, humble, selfless, noble, intelligent, driven, everything Efren wasn't! Hi I just graduated last semester from the Academy of Art in San Francisco with a BA in Illustration and just recently moved back over the winter break.....hmmm I'm going to do my best to make this not sound like a resume or something equally boring. I was raised in the Fresno/Clovis area and while I love parts of the bay area I guess this place is still my home.

Well, Iâ??m a college student and I work part time delivering pizzas. Not exactly the most glamorous or fulfilling work, but its money. I'm new to this. Decided to try online dating to meet people in general, i moved to the valley recently and miss having a social life.

Some of my favorite things are Italian food, birds, music, video games, and computers. I also enjoy going on walks to clear my head. I like doing stuff outdoors but haven't done so in awhile. lol

I've been told I'm very old for my age by some, and that I'm too immature by others. I'm sure whoever I meet here will make their own decision.
I love good discussions/debate. There's nothing like matching wits with someone who actually makes me think.
hmm... my past times include reading, watching my shows, cycling around town, watching my favorite series (see below).
As for the arts... unfortunately, I am ungifted in those areas. I can bang out a decent rhythm on the drums, but I can't sing or play any other instruments. My drawing level is stick figures, on a good day... My only modicum of talent is in photography, which to me is pretty basic. I have a good eye for what looks cool/beautiful, and I usually carry my camera with me, so I get a few good shots. Regardless of my lack of talent, I enjoy beautiful things, and I can always appreciate good art, whatever the medium.
I tend to lean to the left on most political issues (WAY to the left on many), though I am surprisingly conservative on some issues. Like I said above, I am always up for any kind of political/philosophical/current event discussions, as long as you are capable of intelligent, respectful debate.

I like people who don't take life too seriously. I enjoy dancing, movies, bowling, miniature golf, wine tasting, traveling, ufc, and the list could go on and on but I'll leave it at that. I am a full time student right now. I work seasonally which means just a few months a year. I don't have kids and have never been married. I don't know what else to say.

I am a private person by choice, I believe in having a couple really good friends rather than a bunch of acquaintances. If you happened to see me on the street, I would seem a distant, but I actually am a very friendly person, you just have to talk to me.
I am socially awkward in large groups, and I tend not to say anything unless spoken to. That has probably something to with the fact that I don't say anything unless I have something that needs to be said, and because of that I come off as shy. I just don't feel the need to unnecessarily talk all the time. I've found that when I do talk though, people listen.
I play guitar. My uncle recently gave me a California made Fender Stratocaster, 2002 Sunburst. I tend to play blues and early rock, starting to pick up some jazz as well.
I have one tattoo and one piercing.
I love to backpack and hike, anything outdoors really. Backpacking is one of my major passions and I go as often as I can.
I play video games with friends a lot. It's always more fun with friends. I own 102 of them.
I can read a book a day, but I would run out of books.
I own a Bearded Dragon.
I live in Reedley, and am attending the college here. Super boring town.
